PFC Shipping Protective Plan
Every order processed and shipped from Pierson Fossil Company LLC has a PFC Shipping Protective Plan included. If your product is damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with Pierson Fossil Company LLC for review. Pierson Fossil Company LLC will review the claim to determine if it will be accepted, requires a refund, or if the fossil can be professionally repaired. Please remember claims must be filed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order delivery. Any claims made 4 or more business days after the delivery, Pierson Fossil Company LLC reserves the right to not accept the claim. For more information on returns, please view our REFUND POLICY. We address these claims on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
